Eeeew on the licking of Jason’s head. Andy the V addict raiding Hotshot for a fix. At least Alan Ball followed the panther storyline somewhat, but Crystal AND Felton biting Jason at the same time? That’s just wrong. So it is Eric who bought Sookie’s house! And he is asking her to be his! He knows her so well: Eric: ”I know you, there are two Sookie Stackhouses. One who still clings to the idea that she’s merely human and the other who’s coming to grips with the fact that you are better than that” Sookie:”And what do you think is gonna happen when I do come to grips with it? Do you think my legs are just gonna magically open for you?” Eric: “Well, that was saucy. That must have been Fairy Sookie talking. I like when she comes out.” How can Sookie not like Eric?! New screen door, new microwave, and blood in her refrigerator! Plus he made a cubby hole in her house! Most men don’t even want to live together! He wants to protect her, he cares for her. Stupid woman. Bill the King is banging his undercover Wiccan, Katarina. Why am I not surprised. Sookie asked Bill to order Eric to let her buy her house back. “Eric has friends in high places.” Who? And what workaround? Protests outside Fangtasia from the Fellowship. Stupid Hoyt got into a fight. “Let these good people practice their constitutional right to be fucking idiots.” Solid Pam lines: “Did I miss something? Are we girls now? Did we join a book club and read some queer chicklet memiorss and are bound together by estrogen or sisterhood some other feminist drivvle.” “Eric is my maker Sookie, did you really expect me to side with you on this?” “You need to be somebody’s or you won’t be somebody at all.” “Shame for you then, he pulls good string.” Jessica and Hoyt should break it off already. The arguments are tiring. They’re acting like high school students. Sam getting it on with Luna, who’s supposed to be Sookie’s savior in Book 2. Tease. Who shifted into her mother. What the fuck? She’s a skin-walker? Brotherly love between Sam and Tommy. Moving on. The gay Wiccans discussing about magic. Boring. I am liking the Bill flashbacks. It explains more how dark and devious his character is. Stephen Moyer is a kick-ass punk. Louie Pasteur is a vampire, haha. And he was the one who de=synthesized human blood. Who are the monarchs that they need to penetrate? That came out wrong, sorry, haha. I’m guessing these are Eric’s friends. Bill cheated on the Queen by bringing in humans to kill her. Yeah, otheriwse he wouldn’t be able to defeat her. But in fairness to Bill, he didn’t tell Nan about what Sookie is. Arlene’s/Rosemary’s baby. Boring. The red eye was pretty cool though. Why do I get the feeling that Bill sent Eric on purpose to the Necromancers’ meeting? “I’ll go tonight, my king.” Hahaha. Marnie wants to raise a dead person now. “You’all looking for a dead body? Oh, Lafayette, I didn’t know you were a witch.” Cocky Eric caused him his memory. Who is that vampire taking over Marnie, that looked familiar to Eric? Can somebody translate what Marnie said? Cheers to Amnesiac Eric!!! “Why do you smell so good?”True Blood Season 4, Episode 2 – You Smell Like Dinner

Skarsporn is back! Started with Faery, which reminded me of a scene in Lord of the Rings. Of course, that’s where Sookie went after being taken by the UFO. Barry the Bellboy is a freaking fairy?! Telepathy is equated to being a fairy now? WTF, Allan Ball? At least she got the chance to speak with her granddad, Earl. The Queen Mab is angry at her for letting a vamp drink her blood. She’s harvesting people to avoid extinction? Now the fairies have turned into goblins with comet-like powers. This is very weird. Who saved them? Claude? There’s papi! If you ate the light fruit, you wouldn’t be able to come back to Earth. So Barry’s out of the picture, then? Earl died after taking Sookie home, and left a locket for Jason. She’s been gone for 12 and 1/2 months?! Of course Jason sold her house. Jason the cop. Bill arrives feeling empty. Empty my foot. Then Eric arrives! Why does Bill have power over Eric to send him away?! Bill covered up for Sookie and said that she was working for him on a vampire business. Hmmm. Bill appears to be over her. Andy is a V addict now? “Everyone who claims to love you, your friends, your brother, even Bill Compton, they all gave up on you. I never did.” Oh, this line is giving me hope for this season. Lala and Jesus attends a witch coven juju. Eddie gave him a rose through the witch head, Marnie. Arlene’s baby is decapitating Barbie dolls. Tara, now Toni who lives in Atlanta, has turned into a lesbian kickboxing champion in New Orleans? Good job. Jessica and Hoyt is fighting about food. Haha. Eeew. Runny eggs. Pam!!! I missed her so. I loved it when Eric removed the mike and earphones from Pam for the Fangtasia interview. “Now the past year, there’s been a lot of inflammatory talk from politicians warning their constituents not to trust vampires. But think about it for a second. Who would you rather trust? A vampire or a politician?” We meet the pretty Portia Bellefleur, who obviously likes Bill and is already running Sid Matt Lancaster’s firm. Sookie’s back at Merlotte’s, and fought with Sam about being gone for a year. Andy is extorting V from Lala. Haha. Wow, Jason’s making more sense than Andy now, as a cop. Tommy came in with Mrs. Fortonberry, and even prayed before eating! WTF? “That tree with the plaid shirt has a name?” That Pam. Haha. Sam has found other shapeshifters! Good for him. Jason is now supplying food for Hotshot. For Crystal? Where is she? And now he’s in an icebox. “Your majesty?!” So Bill defeated the Queen and made himself King? “Such a strange sensation when the reality matches what you’ve pictured in your mind so precisely.” It was Eric who bought the house! Or is this another dream?True Blood Season 4, Episode 1 – She’s Not There

Day 1 – Saturday > Introduction of Characters – Sookie, Bill, Sam, Arlene > The Ratts > Description of Sookie’s house > Maudette Pickens was killed Bill asked Sookie, “What are you?” Why did he ask her that? I don’t think it would have made a difference that she saved him, since he doesn’t know yet that she sees him glow a little bit. Is this an early indication of Bill’s mission for the Queen? Day 2 – Sunday > Sookie sunbathes, Jason had lunch with her and Gran > Sookie learns that Sam desired her Days 3 and 4 - Monday and Tuesday > Sookie attacked by the Ratts Bill asked Sookie what she is for the second and third time. I feel like he’s verifying on whether Sookie knows that she’s a fairy. The dog that appeared during the fight was Sam, I assume, since soon after The Ratts died, she heard two voices – “Quick,” – Bill’s and Sam’s? This was also where she first stated that she didn’t want to be a vamp. This was also the first time they swapped blood, since Sookie drank Bill’s blood to heal, and Bill licked her wounds clean. Day 5 – Wednesday > Ratts’ house was blown by the “tornado” > Introduction of Bud Dearborne and Mike Spencer Day 6 – Thursday > Bill went to Sookie’s house for a visit > Their first kiss > The process of vampire-turning was explained > Bill had a wife and five children Bill now knows that Sookie can’t be glamored, and that she can see him glow. We now know that Bill levitates. Day 7 – Friday > Dawn didn’t come in to work > Sookie went to Bill’s house and met Malcolm, Diane and Liam > Vampires can have sex, but never have children We can confirm that Sam and Bill have been talking – “The vampire says you can’t hear him.” Malcolm said that there was something about Sookie’s blood. This is because she smells sweeter than a regular human because she was part-fae, right? Day 8 – Saturday > Sookie finds out Dawn’s dead > Sookie is 25, Jason’s 3 years older, so he’s 28 > The duplexes that Sam owns are on Berry Street > JB Du Rone also lives there > Introduction of Kevin Prior, Kenya Jones, Andy Bellefleur, Lafayette Reynolds, Sookie told Sam she knows he’s not human because he shut her out of his head. Dawn went to Bill’s house the previous night. Was Rene following her? What did Bill mean when he said “Sookie, do me proud?” – when she asked him to take her to Fangtasia. Day 10 – Monday > Introduction of Eric, Pam, and Long Shadow in Fangtasia >”Bill, are you quite attached to your friend?” > Eric kept on staring at Sookie, trying to glamor her. > Eric now knows that Sookie is a telepath > First fight of Sookie and Bill Why is Bill trying to push Sookie to Eric? Was it because of their hierarchy? Or is he that insecure? When Eric was still trying to glamorize her even if Bill already declared she was his, why would Eric break the rules for Sookie by still attempting to glamor her? Why didn’t Bill want to kiss her again, after they were caught by the police in the parking lot? What do you think Bill means of this statement – “I don’t know if you are just naive or one of god’s fools… Better him that finds out.” Day 12 – Wednesday > Bill spoke to the Descendants of the Glorious Dead > Sookie and Sam went out for a date at the Crawdad Diner > Introduction of Maxene Fortonberry and Tolliver Humphries > Sam kissed her > Gran was killed > Jason slapped Sookie because Gran left the house to her Day 13 – Thursday Funeral? Day 14-16 – Friday-Sunday > Sookie stayed home and cleaned out Gran’s room > Bill and Sookie had sex for the first time > Bill took her blood during sex Day 17 – Monday > Jason being questioned by the police for the deaths > Sookie announced that she was dating Bill, Sam exposed her neck > Malcolm and Diane arrived at Merlotte’s Day 18 – Tuesday > Sookie informed Bill about Uncle Bartlett > “Hidey hole” Day 19 – Wednesday > Jason informed her that Uncle Bartlett was killed last night > Bill said “I love you” for the first time > They sort of broke up Sookie was weighing her relationship with a vampire this day. She will never see him in the sunlight, never go to church with her, etc.D Day 26 – Wednesday > Bill came into the bar with Harlen Ives from Minneapolis Day 27 – Thursday > The vamps’ house in Monroe was burned > Sookie went to the cemetery to look for Bill > Bill raped her, drew blood again How did Sookie know that Bill was in the cemetery? He didn’t even apologize for the rape, and it pisses me off that Sookie was justifying the act in her head. Day 28 - Friday “If I die, go to Sam.” Why does he keep on passing Sookie on? Why is he always saying like something will happen to him? MONTH 3 Day 1 > Sookie drank blood from Bill while having sex since they were going to Shreveport the next day, by Eric’s orders Day 2 >Sookie got a glimpse of Eric’s thoughts > Long Shadow bit her when she knew it was him who was embezzling money from Eric > She drank Long Shadow’s blood > Eric staked Long Shadow – “You smell different, Sookie.” “I’ll see you again.” This is the third time that Sookie drank a vamp’s blood. Day 3 > Sookie’s noticing the changes due to the vamp blood > Portia Bellefleur was introduced > She came in to Merlotte’s that night as a customer to listen in to people’s thoughts, to catch the real killer > Bill came in with Desiree, who was a gift from Eric > Bill confirms that Eric lusts for her now Day 4 > Sookie baby-sat Coby and Lisa > Sookie’s birthday is during summertime > Bubba was introduced as Sookie’s guardian, since Bill’s going to New Orleans Day 5 > Sam had been in Bon Temps for six years > Sookie thinking Sam was the possible murdered > “Terry” called her at home, telling her Jason was at Merlotte’s - Sam? > A collie went home with her Day 6 > Sam revealed he was a shapeshifter (the collie) > Amy Burley now dead. Andy came to question her about Bill and Jason > Jason was parked in Merlotte’s, drunk and blood-stained. Sam and Sookie took her to the hospital. He was arrested Day 7 > Sookie called Bill in NO, Bill didn’t return her call > At midnight, Bubba was chasing after someone At this point, why will Bill suddenly decide to go out of town to chase after his political interests when he knows Sookie is in danger? Couldn’t he have waited till the killer was caught? Eric couldn’t do anything much to them within a short period of time, anyway. Day 8 > Jason out on Bail > Rene revealed to be the killer, got Sookie’s old rifle by the front door Day 9 – Day 16 > Sookie in the hospital > An elderly lady came in and gave her flowers: potted plant from Merlotte’s, cut flowers from Sid Matt, and the arrangement centered with the red blossom from Eric > Dreamt about Bill in the cemetery – full name is William Erasmus Compton > Bill arrived in her last night in the hospital, he is now the 5th area investigator > Sam visited her in Collie form – full moon > Eric visited her, too, flying outside the window, grinning, and gradually disappeared What took Bill so long to return? From Day 4 – Day 16, he was in New Orleans and didn’t even return Sookie’s call, didn’t even check up on her, knowing she was in grave danger.Dead Until Dark

Don’t look for Chapter 2, ‘coz there ain’t one. We see Jason already finally settling down with Michele Schubert. Sookie was envying his happiness and “unconfliction.” Holly was marrying Hoyt in October. Sookie was invited to serve the punch. Dermot and Claude didn’t come home that night, or the morning after, either, which was pretty normal, as Sookie assumed. Kennedy was working the bar the next day, since Sam was still in Shreveport for Jannalyn’s birthday. They were discussing the possibilities of who the bomber was, and Sookie confirmed she thinks whoever it was, it was two-natured. Finally we get a line from Eric! Even a text message from him makes me grin like Sookie. “See U later,” it said. When she went home, he was sitting at her porch, with a new toaster with a red bow. What was the statement about him wrecking her kitchen? What happened in Chapter 2? What Sookie mentioned was putting out a fire and him attacking Pam. Eric attacked Pam?! Ooooh. The mention of spectacular sex made my heartbeat quicken. They had to visit a dance club, owned by Victor, later revealed as the “Vampire’s Kiss.” There was a high bounty for anyone who could give him information on what happened to Bruno and Corinna, but only Sookie, Pam, and Eric knew that they were dead. Victor ordered Eric to make an appearance with his wife. Why? Eric said he will be thought as afraid when he didn’t bring her. “Can’t a vampire give his lover a present?” And there it was, a “probable” dress. A black U-shaped neckband – a large U, both front and back – and the rest was bronze and shiny and pleated. I wonder why it wasn’t red, like Eric’s favorite color on her. What was wrong with Immanuel’s sister (Immanuel was the hairdresser)? Did Eric have anything to do with it? Was Miriam, Pam’s girlfriend, Immanuel’s sister? I thought the spectacular sex was coming up when Eric was running his hand up her leg. Too bad they really had to leave. There are three new vamps working in Fangtasia: Palomino, Rubio, and Parker. They were victims of Katrina. Pam wanted to make a new vamp, it can be assumed that Immanuel told Sookie, since Eric was irritated that Immanuel talked. Victor said Eric couldn’t give permission for Pam to make a child. Victor is sure as hell scared of Eric’s minions to increase in number. Does Felipe know how Victor is working? I’m sure Victor wouldn’t move without Felipe’s knowledge. Vic’s Redneck Roadhouse was packed as well, and was confirmed to be Victor’s. Per Eric, they have “the novelty of being the new place. Waitresses in hot pants and halter tops.” Eric and Sookie are clearly having several arguments with regards to their relationship. One, that they both don’t tell one another everything, yet they say they love each other. Two, how Sookie doesn’t want to work in Fangtasia, even if Merlotte’s closed down. What would be the ultimate hidden agenda behind Claude and Dermot’s moving in with her? Obviously, Eric knew why, since he seemed surprised that Sookie asked. Pam was at the parking lot when they arrived. She was beaten by the guards when she tried to enter the bar. The “Welcome, human wife of Eric and revered fighter Pam” at the entrance was neanderthally funny. Victor met them, with a husband and wife fangbanger on his side as part of his orgy. Miriam was also there. Sookie’s comparison of her being a human wife as equated to Eric’s number one designated concubine is ominous. Given all the spoilers that there will be a vampire queen who have papers to claim for Eric, I wonder if Sookie will have any chance to defend her marriage to Eric at all. “Legally” anyway. They spoke with Victor, and was informed that he has become the royal regent of Felipe. Apparently, Red Rita is the regent of Arkansas, and not him. I wonder if Red Rita will have a play with Eric and his vampire queen. Sookie found out that Miriam was on drugs. Eric confronted Victor on the “discipline” Pam met with his door vamps. Victor offered Eric and Pam synthetic blood, served by a waiter named Colton. He warned Sookie that there’s fairy blood on the glasses, and she shouldn’t let her vamps drink. How could Colton have known that Sookie was a telepath? Common knowledge, maybe? Victor then asked Sookie about the two faes living in her house, after asking about Niall. Accused her of being an animal. Turns out Victor invited them over to give them the news about his regency, and showed off his new club. They were allowed to leave, escorted by Victor’s minions, Luis and Antonio, who followed them up to the parking lot. The two vamps revealed their discontent with Victor, subtly pledging allegiance to Eric. Eric turned them down. Good thing he turned them down, because Ana Lyudmila (the door vamp) followed them, not clear if she was in on this plan or not. When they were in the car, Pam and Eric began smiling. Eric got Sookie’s signal to not drink the blood. “And you’re Eric’s wife,” Pam observed quietly. This statement made me uncomfortable. Why would Pam have to state it in that manner, and why did Eric have to glare at Pam in the rearview mirror? Pam began to tell Sookie about a letter that Eric received, which she wasn’t able to finish because Eric seized her throat. What does that letter contain, and why does Eric want Sookie kept in the dark? For sure it’s about the vampire queen everyone’s been talking about. Maybe the letter is a summon, like a subpoena, that Eric has to fulfill? Sookie asked Eric to take her home. Derek is starting his Alzheimer’s clinical trials, doing an open-brain surgery on a patient receiving placebo treatment. Where he left Meredith out. Alzheimer’s is a truth-revealing bitch. Alzheimer’s and Dementia in love. Weird. Now the patient’s wife is asking Alex to commit medical suicide. Don’t do it, Alex. Not worth losing your medical license for. I wonder if he altered the syringe? I don’t think it matters whether it was the real thing or not. Mark is elated to become a father! But how is he gonna tell Lexie? Who’s gonna cook for him. You can’t have both worlds, Mark. That’s too selfish. And now he’s telling Lexie that the baby is his. No, no, no, no, no. I can’t understand Callie. Now that she’s pregnant, she wants Arizona back in her life? And now she’s the one who’s mad at her? Tables have been turned. Again. Lesbian-lover, baby’s daddy. Both are feeding psycho-hormone casserole”s worries. The more she gets paranoid on this, the more she risks the chance of losing it. But wow, it must have been an entirely different experience for them to hear the baby’s heartbeat all at the same time. Twitter has been so popular to be inside Richard’s OR, and to consume Bailey’s break, justifying it as a great teaching tool. Somehow I doubt that in an OR. Isn’t that leaking too much information? I mean, people advising left and right, people who we aren’t even sure to be doctors. I think this is more of feeding doctors’ egos that they can “teach” lesser human beings. Now Richard can’t stop “tweeting.” It’s funny though, how he’s become open and consumed by change. Yang’s pretty good in faking patient-care. Somehow I believed her in the end. Even is she’s screwing Avery’s brains off! Hahaha! Doctors practice deception every day — on our patients, on their families. But the worst deception we practice is on ourselves. Which is why sometimes it takes us a while to realize that the truth has been in front of us the whole time.Review: Grey’s Anatomy, Season 7 Episode 13

Caroline’s secret is already busted with Tyler. Now the wolves and vampires are plotting against each other. Why is Jules asking Tyler to run away with her? For duty and honor? Are you kidding me? Now who is this Brady? See, she wants Tyler more than she wants vengeance. Why? Oh, God, I thought Caroline was dead! The wolves are gonna die for this, no matter how many they are in the pack. Even I want to rip Brady’s head off. And now the bridges are burned. I am so loving the brawl here! Stefan and Damon are hurt! And the warlock saves the day. I am so loving Elijah right now. Again with the question, how come Elijah is protecting Elena? Wow. First it was Damon’s room, now it’s his shower… with him just in a towel. Yeehaw! Awww… Damon turned down a drink from a hottie and went to Elena’s table. If that’s not love, what is? Dang, then he takes a bath with her to ask her how come he can’t have the girl he loves. She may be right, though. This must be him now. A vamp with feelings. It’s only now that Jenna knew that John’s Elena’s dad?! What does John know, and how can he help? All of a sudden he’s on Daddy-duty? How come Klaus wouldn’t step in Mystic Falls, if he’s the oldest vamp around? At least John gave them some hope that they can defeat him, with the dagger and the Genesis ash. How come Bonnie and Jeremy weren’t in the last episode? And Katherine? I was wondering where she was. Stefan is such a good guy for bringing Bonnie and Elena to Caroline, knowing she needs them. But, Elena did not say I love you back! This episode has brought about a lot more questions than answers.…then 13.

Review: The Vampire Diaries, Season 2 Episode 12
Posted in It’s a Vamp World on February 7, 2011 by vikingvampgirl
God, I missed this show. It was like drought waiting for a month (?) after the December episode.
So Mason’s friend-bitch bit Rose. Out of revenge? Most probably. Slaughtered a camp and a cop as well. Who the hell is this woman?!
Why is Stefan (cool dude in an Iphone 4) taking vervaine?
It’s touching to see Damon caring for Rose, albeit put-on. “The sooner she dies, the better.” What is she turning into? She’s turning rabid, and deadly. Damon’s stupid for leaving Elena with her. She’s scary. What’s Damon taking so long to return?! This garbage man is dead, the girl in the car and her boyfriend, too. They should just kill her to end her suffering. She’s dying for sure. She’s seeing horses in a glen. At least she’ll die happy. Even if it was Damon who staked her.
This vampire-werewolf relationship is so Romeo and Juliet. I sure hope they’d both be alive in the end. Or Paris (Matt) lives, too. Yeah, Caroline, why would you risk it? You love Tyler. See, you kissed him longer than Matt.
I wonder if they’re gonna find Isobel to reach Klaus. And of course Stefan finds Elena’s dad.
So this is Damon’s famous bedroom! Give it up, Damon. Let it go. Stop pretending you don’t feel. Killing another human is not gonna solve anything. Elena’s not asking you to be human, for crying out loud. She knows it’s impossible.
Meredith and Derek are trying to get pregnant! Arizona’s moving back to their apartment, Callie doesn’t want her back. Now she’s ranting at Mark, and hounds Callie, trying to make her listen, or prove that she’s listening? You bail, Arizona, when things got hard. Yang is back! Doing non-stop surgeries and berating first year med students. The chick (and flirt) one went to Alex. And the race to Chief Resident is on. Empathy is a good quality in a chief resident, Yang. Her intern fainted when he saw the gall bladder and pancreatic tumors. Plus, he called her heartless in his evaluation. Bailey flirting with Eli is so funny. They look good together. She needs his spontaneity. Their kiss was hot! Richard is getting mad at Teddy for marrying a patient for insurance’s sake, calling it unethical. Well, it’s her name and insurance on the line, so it’s her choice. Besides, Henry is obviously enamored by her. I wonder where this plot is going, since he’s already dying. They have to remove his kidney, for Christ’s sake. Now they had to remove a large portion of his pancreas. She should feel guilty by getting angry when Henry put her as his emergency contact person. Who else would he put? He doesn’t have anybody left. “…not because of the fake marriage. But because I consider you a friend.” Another blow to Avery’s ego: his intern saved the patient’s life, when he kept on brushing him aside. My judgement is colored by the Arizona-Torres relationship that I can’t feel a thing for the gay relationship they featured today. Like Callie said, “Things don’t always go where you want them to. Ever.” Where do you draw the line between which is appropriate and which is not? What do you weigh so you can choose? Karev leads in the residency race. Flirting equates to teaching? Actually Karev can teach her a lot in the bedroom. CALLIE IS PREGNANT! WITH MARK’s BABY!!! Well, this should be interesting. She always wanted a baby, which Arizona doesn’t want. But now that she’s trying to get back with her, will she accept this blessing? Meredith: It’s all anybody wants, right? Clean slate. A new beginning. Like that’s gonna be any easier. Ask the guy pushing the boulder up the hill. Nothing’s easy about starting over. Nothing at all.Review: Grey’s Anatomy, Season 7 Episode 12

The episode started with couples – Meredith and Derek fighting over the fishing trip, Owen and Christina having sex, Mark and Lexi having sex, Arizona getting dumped (again) by Calliope, and Teddy Altman becoming Mrs. Henry Burton. The witness? Dr. Hunt, the bestfriend, of course. As Christina was walking toward the Seattle Needle, asking for directions from a cute biker, ambulances roar by going toward SGH. It awakens something in her to follow where they came from. Turned out there was a shooter in Pacific College. Work first, feelings later. I loved Dr. Webber’s speech before the ambulances arrived. This was like reversing their roles when they were the victims of a shooting spree. “People, people, our own trauma’s fresh, and we are going to have feelings today, and there’s no shame in that. What I want to say is that what we went through six months ago what they are going through right now. Which makes them our brothers and sisters. Which makes them fellow travelers. Which makes them our own. So to the very best of our ability we are going to do our work first, and you’re gonna have your feelings later.” I hate Dr. Stark. Seriously. Cutting off a 15-year-old leg to save time? C’mon. Good thing Karev the wrestler was there, listening to Arizona’s orders. Sometimes insubordination has its benefits. “Go be a damn doctor. People are dying. Now go save a life. Right now.” Way to go Richard! At first I had a feeling that the shooter was Richard and April’s patient, since the police had no idea who the shooter was. I was wrong. It turned out whomever Cristina saved, where she put her hand inside his chest cavity to contain the bleeding and further damage, was the shooter. In the end, when Avery and the nurse backed out when they knew who was on the operating table, Yang stayed with Teddy. Yang’s back!!! On a side note, was the nurse who backed out Derek’s fling before? The annoying couple who talks over their surgeries about their doomed relationship is back (Torres and Robbins). Let’s hope they don’t get back together. Really, please, go back to Malawi. Avery was so affected by the “reenactment” of their trauma, but I admire him for speaking with the shooter’s mom, after nobody was informing her of how her son’s operation was doing. She was not her son, and she was also “the wife in the waiting room,” as Meredith aptly put it. Hunt turned the ER into an Iraqi warzone. I cried in the scene where people were singing outside SGH. It was a symbol of hope and unity, in times of a crisis like what they were going through. I loved the last scene. After all their surgeries, all of them watched Cristina and Teddy’s surgery. I know they were all worried because 1) Cristina knew the shooter was her patient and she might never recover from trauma after this surgery, and 2) Since the shooter was the patient he had to live so he may bear the consequences of his actions. 26 patients = 26 victims. There were no casualties. I am hoping Teddy’s marriage turns into a real one. I would like to believe this episode cured most, if not all of them, of their PTSDs. Lexi even realized she loved Mark and said it to him. And, the Twisted Sisters are back! Wanna get some crack cocaine? Meredith: Surgery is extreme. We cut into your body, take out pieces, and put what’s left back together. Good thing life doesn’t come with a scalpel because if it did, when things started to hurt, we would just cut and cut and cut. The thing is what we take away with a scalpel we can’t ever get back. So, like a said, good thing.Review: Grey’s Anatomy, Season 7 Episode 11

The cover was explained in the 4th page, where Sookie conceded in starting a burn pile, after Claude suggested that they should just burn all the contents of the attic. Sam was also the first guy mentioned, in the same page. Sookie told him about her day, when she got in Merlotte’s. Should we be queasy about this, Eric fans? I think not. If we look at it, Sookie’s “day” really starts when she gets in to work. And since both Eric and Bill are vamps, they couldn’t rise up way before Sookie leaves her house. It is but natural that Sam gets mentioned first. If CH mentioned Eric right away, then it will be anti-climactic already. Her referring to Sam as “immensely strong” was just matter-of-fact, IMO, her knowledge of Sam being a shapeshifter. Since this is Book 11, readers should be well-aware of his nature by now, which she then states in her next sentence, “…or the fact that some people objected to Sam being a shapeshifter.” Plus, Sam is still with Jannalynn, since he mentioned that she was the one who was into antiques. I wonder if Vic is really Victor Madden. The bar, “Vic’s Redneck Roadhouse,” has been clearly described as vamp-owned by the promo “Bring in a Bubba Night.” Who else but the vamps have a Bubba? And our man gets the first vampire credit, but of course. Even though Sookie described him as a killer (duh, he’s a sheriff). This book was fast. By the time we get to page 8, there was already an arsonist set to burn Sam’s bar down. Makes me think that the FOTS is back in action, especially now that Sam has outed himself. This burning could also be one part of the book the flames in the cover was foreshadowing – “but the napkins that floated away were causing lots of little fires…” page 8. Sam burnt his right hand and was feeling pain. Weren’t shapeshifters supposed to heal fast, like vamps? I could feel my lips turning up when Eric came through Merlotte’s bar door by page 11. I was wondering where he was since it was already dusk, and Sookie was in trouble. Chills when he asked Sookie, “Are you hurt?” A sigh with, “One of the most wonderful, and the most appalling, things about Eric loving me is that he didn’t give a shit about anyone else,” page 12. A laugh out loud when he said, “I’m going to look at your legs. Then we’ll find a doctor and a beautician.” This is the Eric that I know and love! Though I’m kinda cringing when Sookie calls him “Honey.” I don’t know if I should feel ominous with, “My big Viking hadn’t been himself in a week or two. Something other than the death of his maker was bothering him, but I hadn’t built up enough courage to ask him what was wrong,” page 13. We all know that there is a political war brewing in the four clans, but it’s scary to think that this war will take a toll in their relationship as husband and wife in the vamp world. Sookie mentioning Molotov cocktail took me back to “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.” Lisbeth threw this to her dad when she was 12, and got her in a mental institution. Maybe CH is also a fan of Larsson? Pam’s back by page 14!!! I was so right in guessing that Eric called her to bring a hairdresser, Immanuel Earnest. Good to know that Pam has a new lover, Miriam (Wu? Lisbeth’s lesbian lover as well? Hmmm…). Of course, Eric was dissatisfied with his appearance. Pam texting with incredible speed made me think of Franklin Mott’s texting, while scaring Tara in True Blood. Chapter 1 ends in the shower, with Sookie remembering that the arsonist wasn’t human. I’d bet he was sent by one of Victor Madden’s minions. I wonder if Eric will join her in the shower in Chapter 2? Like a repeat of Book 4? May 2011, please hurry up! Kudos to CH for getting her groove back!!!SPOILERS: Dead Reckoning, Chapter 1
